Neat gun. However it does not mention the make. I could see asking $2500 for either a Springfield or other receiver, but definitely not for a Norinco custom.

If it's a real semi'd M-14, it's prohibited. Otherwise, it's not an M-14. The shop owner should know stuff like that and advertise accordingly. Pretty thing though.
