Shooting a stage while wearing an eighty-eight pound duffel bag is an interesting twist.
One of those things that looks really easy in a movie. But not so easy in real life.
Awesome video and man does that make me wish I had an 11.5" upper. That gunfight in Heat is probably the best shootout in movie history.

11.5" pencil barrel on an A1 upper. Ultra light little combo (couple oz over 5 lbs). I've always loved playing with those. Probably not much lethality (barrel velocity of 2,650 fps), but fun on a bun.
HEAT is extremely overrated, everything besides the opening scenes of the bank heist are pretty terrible.
The velocity myth again... That only applies to M855 and M193. I'm sure if you got shot with anything traveling at a velocity over 1000 fps you would not enjoy the results and may well die from the injuries. Best performance with 855 or 193 is achieved above 2700 fps. The projectiles will still yaw down to 2500 and will very much punch holes in you at much lower velocities.
Do tell what was so horrible about the film?
so .77 gr. OTM is out then ?![]()

Given that they built that movie bank heist out of a real life event I'm leaning towards it being a pretty good movie as opposed to trash like Taken
If an SAS choreographed and designed bank heist and shootout (with some beautiful weapons handling) is trash, I wonder what counts as good?
I have a 10.5" that has become a criminal. Really fun to shoot, hope I get to take it out again some day.
