Heckler & Koch Mod 270

What would be the going price for a Heckler & Koch Mod 270 with manual and 1 mag? I have the opportunity to buy one from a relative and want to pay a fair price. (It has the HK front and rear sights like the mp5)

Any help would be appreciated.

For the price i dont know the market price,but since they are discontinued,must be rare.

Look at the US sites for a price on HK270's. The magazines cost a lot also.

I have looked at US websites, and the range is huge... put together the values range from $300 to $2,000. I am looking for a reasonable number, not pie in the sky... any ideas on what these sell for here?

A new Ruger 10-22 is between $250-300-ish.

The HK is probably better manufactured, but it's also used. I'd guestimate a reasonable start would be $500-ish, depending on what it comes with. Extra mags = more $$$, scope (depending on make/model) case, sling, etc.

It's relative rarity may make it worth more than that to some buyers, but really, it's just a .22 semi rifle.

I've seen many HK 300 in Canada but the 270 is a rarity: in excellent shape, your relative could get anywhere from $800 to $1000 for his rifle.

Sniper a fair price to your relitive wood be in the $600-770 range if in 80% or better cond. If in less around $500-600 range. They are scarce, but few willling to pay the price for a gun that no mags are available! great gun and will own one someday to go along with my Weatherby XX11 and BRNO 581, cheers dale Z!
