Does anyone know the current pricing (CDN) on these rifles? I take it they've gone down in price because I don't think heckler&koch sells these anymore, as they are no longer on the companies website.

one of the stores in Vancouver might still have one in stock, i'll pop by and check the price maybe this weekend, if i have time...

I think alittel less than 3k...IVe seen a few pics of people who have coated them and chopped the stock to make it look like UMP. But it seems like alot of money for what you get. I have heard some people question thier long term durability...supposively designed as more of an economical throw away gun..I dunno...

Ive read some bits..that the polymer wasnt expected to hold up over time with lots of rounds..was possibility of distortion and cracking...I dunno..Ive always been a huge HK fan..if I can find the tech link I read ill post it.

bastardized version of the UMP. Not a big fan, as the Ump should be sold as a semi -auto to civies.

yeah it doesnt look like its solid enough...if you gotta buttstock somebody in the head with it...lol

Bring back the 91

I have one of the few USC's out there and have put hundreds of rounds through it without any malfunctions or any real signs of wear. New they sold for a little more than the SL-8 but are not available anymore and the price is only going to go up. As far as accuracy it's a nail driver at close range and have made 5" groups at 100yds free standing with optics.

USC is a pretty much a waste of money when you can get a Beretta storm for less then half the price and you can use 10 round mags in it, compared to 5 in the USC.

They're actually not terribly uncommon, there's a lot more than just a few around. There's even a small population of non restricted rebarreled ones out there. I liked it, but I liked my FAMAE SAF more.
