Welcome to the website. Remember all website newbies must write a letter to their MPs to 1) scrap the registry and 2) Stop the ban of any semis. (J/K about the letter, but it's a good idea anyways).
Welcome to CGN, briz514.
I am sure you will find this to be the best gun forum around.

Well, thanks for the warm welcome. And yes, I am indeed finding this site to be a great resource
A little background...
I've always been a gun nut. Early signs was the huge quantity of pellets and .22 ammo I went through by the age of 10 and the gun rack over my bed while I was attending high school.
Somewhere in my 20s-30s I drifted away from the great outdoors and many of my related passions. Several years ago I rekindled things and started pistol shooting at a range here in Montreal and started enjoying archery too. Last year I got back to hunting after way too long, partnering up with my fiancee's father to hunt deer. I'm back out there this year, freezing my arse off in the woods waiting for a ###-starved buck to pin my tag on.
I also bought a 10/22 this fall and will be looking to do as much rabbit hunting as I can throughout the winter. Just need to find some good spots to hunt
So thanks again for the warm welcome, and if anyone can suggest a place not too far from Montreal to hunt wabbit it'd be greatly appreciated.
Welcome to the forum, Briz514. I'm new here myself, and spend a lot of time learning. I have a farm south of Montreal, maybe we could bag a "wabbit" with our 10/22's.
Hmmmmm I like to get in on some of that bunny huntin lol..... been forever I have not hunted rabbit, my fav spot was bought up by good year tires, and I gave up tryin top find a place to go near Montreal, and unfortunately the place I deer hunt in Cowansville has no rabbits due to coyotes I am guessin.
I've been asking around to see if someone knows a farmer who may be willing to accomodate me. Even went as far as to 'disclose' that fact that I shoot/hunt to people who I would normally leave 'blissfully unaware' of the fact. I'm desperate!
Hmmmm... Sounds like the start of a thread in the hunting section... "Where to hunt the dreaded and dangerous Wabbit?"
Ahhh Bedford, thats right near where I hunt in Dunham, near Cownasville, I might have bumped into ya registering my deer this yr. I hunt on a very, very, very small farm there, and the guys I hunt with are always scared our friend is going to sell his land......so if ya have to many deer next yr, hee heee I luv to help you out with all those deer.
