Hi Folks,

This site came up while researching the VZ 58.

I shoot old mil-surp (C&R) rifles and pistols, and modern semi rifles (AR, AK, VZ) and pistols.

Besides firearms I'm a homebrewer.

I own a CZ 858 and love it btw. Great plinker, but it is getting to be a b!tch to clean after pumping surplus through it.
 
Hey there Charlie PC !, Glad to have you in the forum. Can we still find M1 carbines in reasonable shape or do we have to try and rebuild one. Also an M-14 is on my shopping list....We are able to buy the china made version up here for about 450.00. Talk to you soon. Cheers! -----> Jackde

Hey CharliePC where are you located. I know the state quite well i go there atleast once a year. Wifes sister and her husband live in Brewton. I love going to the WW2 battleship in Mobile.

Decent M1 Carbines are pretty hard to come by these days. The CMP had a lot for a while, but they're mostly gone.
Chinese M-14s are verboten but there are a few domestic companies making them. I wouldn't mind one myself.
