Gentlemen,

First of all, thanks for such a nice forum!

I have a frustated love with beautiful Canada, especially with the girls in Vancouver:dancingbanana:

I'm and live in Buenos Aires ( very very far away ).

I've a passion for guns, especially rifles, big game hunting ( been to Africa too ), reloading, ballistics ( math models and software ) and right now I'm working developing software.

I'm a LTCDR (res) in the Argentine Navy where I spent some time doing time in the submarine force...go figure!

Please if you need something from down here, just let me know!

How are things in Argentina these days? We keep getting a sea of depressing left wing documentaries, moaning about how Argentina's society and economy were ruined by globalization.

I'm hoping it's in recovery. I'd love to visit Argentina and Chile some day.

Hi Gustavo,
Nice to hear from BA :) How is the hunting at La Pampa ? In my times in BA, especially at Vinco Cinco de Mayo, I always had a good time, no ugly women in Argentina. Love beef de Lomo with some good vino tinto, like agentinian women, agentinian cerveza is also primium :) Been from Nicocias and Mar del Platas beaches and up the Rio Parana to Rosario and Santa Fe. Love your country.

Welcome !

Gracie is from Brazil, not Argentina.

I know that, come on, just play along...it's a new guy, maybe he'd get some laughs about us dumb Canadians.

Welcome Gustavo. My grandfather emigrated to Canada from Argentina. He was born in Wales and his family settled in the Patagonia region, near Trelew, He was a gaucho. Moved to Canada in his early twenties and settled in Saskatchewan. Very good horseman.

How are the gun laws in Argentina? I was once on a website from Argentina that had some pretty nice military surplus rifles on there. Can you still find Agentinian Mauser Rifles down there?
