Hi Everyone!
Administrators, this is the first time I'm actually able to post a new thread.
I have replied to other posts, but I haven't figured out yet, how to post a new thread myself.
Could you please give me a hint?

Hello and welcome from the South Shore. I don't know what your situation is, but you seem to be able to get a statement posted now. If you're still having problems, pick one of the Monitors shown at the end of a forum and send an email. Should work for you. If not, ask again in the forum set up for on-line problems. And enjoy the site.
 
There's a button on the left at the top of the list of threads in a forum.

It says 'New Thread'. Click on that and you'll be good to go.
