Hello All
Winters coming and I find myself in front of the computer more often.
Found the gunnutz website and have enjoyed reading the various threads.
A bit of background:
Retired military (air-force)
--25 yrs (range safety officer on a couple postings)
Hunted as youth in southern Alberta but wife and children would not eat Bambi or Rudolf so gravitated to other interests.
Have been down the black powder road but probably will sell existing equipment.
After leaving the military I kinda took a break from going to the range or any other firearm related activity. (last 14 yrs) BUT have found a new way to entertain myself.
Cowboy action shooting-- I have only been to a couple events here in Alberta but I'm afraid that I am hooked.. line and sinker. (fishing is another interest)
On a side note I took the wife to the range a couple weekends ago and she has expressed interest in cowboy/girl action shooting -we burned up 300+ rounds of 45lc and a couple boxes of 20ga. (yes I reload)
