Hello to all,
I'm from Edmonton and I'm very new to the firearm scene. Its been something I have had much interest in since i was young but never really had the time or money to do. I recently decided that now was the time and I'm currently looking forward to getting my acquisition license.
I'm mainly interested in range shooting and clay shooting but I would also like to learn to hunt someday.

I should also mention that being very new to the sport I am super impressed/excited with the wealth of information found in this forum. There seems to be no shortage of very kind and eager to help people here from all over Canada.

Welcome to CGN BillyB. You are correct, there is a LOT of great information here on CGN, as long as you are ready to wear a flame-proof suit on occasion. :D
