Been here for a few weeks now, thought I'd brave the waters and post my first thread .
I'm an electrician by trade and wood worker by passion. I found out about CGN from fellow electrician and joined soon after looking for a brno .22lr and since found an anschutz sporter bolt with 2 clips from a local sports store .
I also have a M1 Garand springfield arms, it was my grandfathers and he had some parts crome'd, nice job but not original now . But works fine
Also have a 870 wingmaster in 12 ga., 2 barrels both vent rib, one with AccuCoke screw in chokes.
Would like to purchase .243 to .270 for varmit rig. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Accuracy Plus is a great little store. Nice people and very reasonable prices.
Stopped in there last May when I was in the area.

I look foward to chatting with different GN'ers. Presently I have this M1 garrand that my grandfather owned, I don't reload and am considering sale or trade for .243 or .270, something to take down a deer and still target shoot with and not break the bank.
If you have any suggestions I'd be happy to hear from you. Always looking to make new friends and meet new people.
Took turkey course this year, 200 there @ 35$/head and the two guys that taught the course were almost dead ringers for Red Green and Sean Conery. Excellent day, lots of great inf and some good stuff for sale too.
