Hello everyone! I am 27, and I don't have boobs so I wont get as many replies as some. : P
I have been around firearms my whole life being the son of a gun nut. I would consider my Father to be an expert. He's on here somewhere, no names. Thinking on it, I don't even know his user name here...
This weekend I am doing the safety course for my non-restricted and restricted PAL. Have read through each of the manuals 3x over so I am quite excited and prepared.
Have been reading up on, and learning our Canadian firearm laws. They are quite confusing and make me feel like we live in a NERF'd society. I'm sure there are lots of threads on here discussing our laws.
Once I get my license my Dad is going to give me one of his many .22s. Once I am comfortable with that I want to get a Norinco M4 Carbine to take to a range. Apparently our laws only allow that firearm to have a 5 round mag? But then I've read comments saying there's a loop hole that allows you to have a 10round mag? Anyone know anything about that?
Anyway just wanted to say "Hey!".
