Hello from Toronto

I am actually an archer not a gun owner.
I am going for my full license in January and am looking forward to shooting--firearms that is. I friend took me out to the range a little while ago and I was able to beat him consistently on my first time out. What I found was, many of the shooting skills that you use as an archer are transferable to firearms.

Anyway, I am here mainly for a source of information as all of this is new to me. I belong to other U.S. based sites but, gun ownership and laws seem to be quite different here. So I might as well start my education with some home grown relevancy.
