The 1st time I handled and tried a weapon, was 2 years ago at Las Vegas Gun Store. I had the chance to try a SAW 249, M4 and a Glock (don’t remember the model). It was awesome, I went a bit crazy and bought double the ammo and spent close to $300 for about 15 minutes of shooting. Expensive you’d say! Hell yeah! But it was worth it. I went to Las Vegas again last year, this I time I went to American Shooter instead, their range is much bigger but they had a smaller selection. This time was a little cheaper since I was able to control myself

I now have my Non-restricted & Restricted PAL and I’m a new owner of a .22 Mossberg Tactical rifle and a 12 gauge (Maverick 88 7+1 made by Mossberg/ a cheaper version of the Mossberg 500). Unfortunately for me, I haven’t got the chance to try them yet, since I didn’t have all the documentation for it (registration).
Since everything is in order now, I’m looking to go to a range or somewhere where it’s legal to discharge a firearm. Does anyone know any location near the GTA other than Target Sport (they’re a little expensive)?
I’m also looking to join a gun club/range and I was looking at the Marksman Club of Oshawa but the only problem is they only accept smaller caliber, I don’t think they allow shotguns.
Anyway, if anyone has any suggestions or comments, I’d like to read it.
