Hello everyone, I’m nee to the site and just got my license.

Does anyone have any recommendations for my first shotgun or my first handgun. I’m thinking something Turkish or Wingmaster or Mossberg 88.

Im partial to the older Wingmasters, and for handgun, CZ Shadow or Beretta fit nicely in my meaty man hands....Mossbergs are good too, can't go wrong....have had some bad experience with Turkish so I tend to stay away, but others have had great luck. Enjoy and welcome!
 
Welcome and my suggestion is head to your local gun store to hold the various handguns and see what fits your hand. Everyone has an opinion but the last thing you want is buyers remorse. Lots of great firearms out there. Once you figure out what you like have a look at the equipment exchange to see if you can score a good deal. If you are new to handguns my suggestion is get yourself a good 22 so you can hone you skills at a cheaper cost. The member's here will give you great advice.

Agreed!!!! Again Mossberg 88, 500 and Remington 870 are my only pics for my first pump shotgun.

I’ll let you all know once I get one and have a chance to shoot it.
