Hi, I'm from Montreal and I'm new to this sport.
I already recieved PAL test paper and now waiting for RPAL results so that I can send them together.

I plan to purchase CZ 455 in 17hmr, Ruger 10/22, Mosin and an SKS, so idea about what I want for restricted, I'll probably wait for bill C-42 to pass.

Don't bother waiting for C42, there are other hoops you you will have to jump that C42 does not effect and you'll be glad you got a head start.
