HELP .223 Savage 1-9 75 grain A-Max

My savage 10fp 1:9 twist likes 75grain a-max seated .015 off the lands, 24 grains win748 ignited by a cci br4 primer.

Load was reccomended by a former military gunsmith. I can't push them into the magazine because they're WAY too long but they sure do shoot!
