HELP! Alfa Proj revolver rear sights blew off

My (brand new!) Alfa Proj 357 revolver rear sight split and blew off the gun after just about 150 rounds through it.
Did anyone experience similar problem?
Does anyone know where can i get a replacement rear sight or if it is covered by warranty (and who provided alfa proj warranty in Canada?)

Just an update to whoever may find it interesting, Blue Line Solutions are awesome with their warranty support - shipping me new sights right away. Apparently they don't see these type of things often so they asked me to send them the broken one back to them.
 
Blue Line Solutions warranty support is second to none!

When my GSG guide rod broke, BLS picked up on my CGN post and contacted me! Had my GSG up and running again in less than a week.

My GSG had not been purchased from them.
