HELP belgium shot gun, need help figuring out date manufactured

bunch of markings on what appears to be a belgium shotgun. could anyone decypher what these mean also maybe a ballpark price of the gun

Does it say 12/c within the diamond? If so, the gun was made before 1924. However, if it is a 12/c within a diamond, it has been reproofed at a later date as it also has the 12-70 within the oval which is after 1924. I can't read some of the marks clearly.

As far as value, no clue as there isn't enough information or pictures to even begin giving a value.

Also, 12 70 would make it 2/3/4" chambers which is good to know.
