Track of the Wolf in the U.S. lists a Lyman .715" round ball mold for $75.00 U.S.

You could melt down roof jack lead or whatever you could scrounge.

They also sell pre-cast .715" round balls (25 for $12.70 U.S.) but I don't know if the balls could be imported, being bullets by definition. The mold is no problem though.

Couldn't find a source for pre-cast .715" round balls in Canada, but the size is used in repro Brown Bess muskets, so they must be available from somebody.

Rusty Wood Trading Co. in B.C. has plenty of cannon fuse.

quite easy to make your own cannon fodder mold out of plain ol' pipe (cannon balls don't have to be round, they can be elongated 'wadcutter" shaped things as well and work sometimes better than round for accuracy) drilled out to a close-to -bore dia. then "patch" them to tighten them in the bore. Just had a look at the drill chart and a 45/64 drill should work for you (listed as .703" but with twist drills usually drilling a smidge over-sized I would think it would come out real close).

As mentioned a small piece of pipe with two small plates c-clamped over each end (one with a 'filler hole"" will suffice for a mold.

I usually use any COWW lead that I think may be contaminated by a few zink weights as well...anything scrap lead related will work.

I use .715" in my 12 bore rifle. Used a Lyman first; then a Russian brand acquired on ebay. I'll be buying more from the Russian maker. Try mould + shotgun on ebay. You'll find both ball and bullet sizes that will work.
