Help choosing a new AR barrel

Just to update everyone on what I decided incase you were curious.

I ended up getting ATRS to make me a 18" barrel, heavy contour in .223 wylde with a rifle length gas system. I had to go to red deer for work so I stopped at ATRS on the way through Calgary and dropped my bolt off for proper headspacing. Now we just play the waiting game but it gives me time to get the rest of the build together.

I was cleaning my .308 this afternoon and the question of bullet jump in my ARs randomly came to mind (I have never really cared, if it fit in the mag and grouped well it was good to go). So I put together a dummy round and measured the three uppers I have on hand.

From mag length (2.260") with 69gr SMKs I found the following jumps.
Stag barreled with a 20" Wylde Chambered Rainier Arms Ultra Match with less than 1k down range .062"
Colt Canada SA20 with about 200 rnds .062"
Stag 4R that was re reamed to have a Wylde chamber prior to delivery and now has 22K rnds down the pipe .184".
I really wish I knew what the Stag was when new back in 2008.
