+1 on the Tikkas. There's is plenty of talk about Savages on here but don't overlook the Tikkas. There may be fewer Tikka than Savages out there but I have yet to see someone post a negative review on a Tikka. And yes, they shoot super well. At the very least play with the action on one. You will be impressed.
Between the (2) you mention, I'd pick the CZ. The CZ looks like it sports a psuedo AICS stock.
If you're open to ther options consider a Rem 700 with an AICS stock. It would be cheaper than the CZ and would give you a much more compact rifle with a 20" barrel with a 1:10" twist.
The Savage looks hideous in that configuration. I'd pick the A5 Macmillan stocked FP model if I "had" to have a Savage.

I had one several year ago, very accurate, it basically an upgrade of a mauser action, quite heavy, barrel are abit heavy than the rem700PSS or Tikka Varmint, In my opinion the stock are alittle nicer than the SAKO trg, 1 piece stock instead of 2, there is alot of neat feature with that rifle, come with 2 mag, If they make on in 20" would be nice.
