Help choosing the right scope rings

Hey guys,

I'm having one heck of a time fiding rings for rifle/scope combo.

The rifle is a CZ 452 Varmint, it has 11mm dovetails. The scope is a Falcon Merlin with a 30mm tube.

Talley has some but none of the Canadian distributor carry that model.

Does anyone knows if it is legal to bring scope mounts and rings across the border?
