Help dating CIL Anschutz 190 (Now with pics)

I just picked up a really nice CIL Anschutz 190 and would like to find the date of manufacture. There doesn't seem to be much info out there. The stamp resembles an elongated triangle with a bar through the middle and a number 1 or slightly canted 7 inside the triangle. Serial 1020###

The serial number is usually found on the left side of the barrel near where it joins the receiver. The last two digits of the year of manufacture may be found there. I think the 190 was sold in Canada from the 1960's to mid '70's.
