Help finding a complete AR 15 upper receiver

I have just completed my lower receiver for my new AR 15 rifle. I am looking to buy a complete upper receiver half to complete my AR 15. This rifle build is going to be designed to look like the Canadian Forces C7 rifle. I am having trouble find a dealer that carries a complete 20" AR 15 upper receiver half any help would be great.

Talk to Walter at Armseast, he may have a spare "special edition" upper with the correct profile barrel.
