Help fitting a MOE handgaurd to norc m4

Well now that you got it figured out maybe a quick hijack would be ok...
I'm just curious what that advantages are of the MOE over traditional aluminum quad rails? Is it ergonomics? Weight? Esthetics? Price?

for me it was price and it matches all my other addons also i can add rails to it if i want .. i wonder if its just as hard fitting a aluminum quad rail to the norc?

I bought one of the UTG quads off of a member - fit like a glove

I put on a Tufforce (I think it was called) no mods needed. However was a lot more that $30

I thought my useful comment was to use a dremel to make it fit?

Get the handguard tool, I did mine without it and it's a pain. You will have to grind still, but the handguard tool makes life easy. They are worth the effort though, reminds me of my FN.

Two things; its the lower handguard that is the real pain and you must take 1/3 of the lip off in height and secondly you have to take half of the thinkness off of that same lip.
