Help Getting Sarted

I'm having an increasingly dificult time finding shells for my 16 ga shotguns. It looks like I'll have to end up reloading, what do I need to get started? I will only be doing a few dozen shells a year in different shot sizes. I'd like a comprehensive list o everything I'll need. Thanks
