Help! How the f#@! do you remove a vz/cz 858 safety??

Trying to strip Down my gun completely for preparation to armacoat. Spent literally an hr screwing around with tryin to get the stupid thing out, looked at videos, nothing showed how to really get it out. Tried pushing down on the leaf spring (that what it's called) in the reciever and it got loose but pulled like hell and still didn't come out. Getting pretty frustrated at this point, has anyone taken this bugger out before?

There is a set screw in the milled block that's tacked in there, the safety runs through it. Loosen that little bugger off, compress the spring and it should come out.

Aaahh, gotcha, little Allen screw hole full of gunk haha. Thanks, just saved me a sleepless night!

I tried to remove the small Allen screw, with no success, still can't get it out. thinking of drilling it out.

You need a 1.5mm Allen Key.
