Help ID a Musket

Hi a friend have this old shotgun type musket. Can anybody help ID this thing. Does it has any value?

Not a musket, its a double barrelled shotgun. Mid 19th century. Looks as if it was of reasonable quality when made. Would respond to some gentle TLC. As is, I have seen that sort of gun sell for $125 - $150.
