Help ID this Canadian Medal

Can't find any info.....

It's not Canadian, that's why it's mounted at the end. It's an order medal called "The Military and Hospitaller Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem" commonly referred to as OLJ. The bearer would have been a member and probably had a rank within the order. The order dates back to the crusades but they are now a charity organization.

Doesn't appear to be Canadian Military, but it looks like it could be from the order of St Lazarus:
