Help Identify This Beauty

I have recently acquired a percussion cap muzzleloader and was curios if anyone could help me identify it. It only has the one single inscription in the trigger guard but I have no idea what it stands for. Overall length is 44.5in long, screws that hold the rifle together have square shafts, 1cm between lands and 1.2cm between grooves. All the work on this rifle seems to be hand done with no help of machinery.

From photos I've seen elsewhere, I think it might be Norwegian or at least Scandinavian. The stock looks as if it has been refinished.

It looks home built. The engraving is like to be the maker's initials and the year made.

Style-wise, it looks like something that started life in the Pages of Popular Mechanics in the Fifties or thereabouts.

Having a hard time figuring if it's badly worn, or just badly made.

Whatever it is, it somewhat resembles a Teutonic Jager, for big game hunting somewhere in Central Europe.
Bore looks like .65 or .69 caliber at a guess.

End of stock is not cut to the shape of the hex barrel. Likely a re-stock. The large trigger guard could suggest a cold climate. Real nice wall hanger.

Looks like it's a handmade rifle heavily influenced by the Christian Spring rifles of German settled Pennsylvania of early 1700s?

If it was flintlock, looks a bit like the Edward Marshall rifle.

The form of the rear portion of the barrel is characteristic of Scandinavian rifles. Probably restocked/assembled from parts.
