Can someone identify the make and model and approximate value?

Looks to be a S&J Linear Comp NLC-2

Or it could be the SLC-2

Depends on how long it is.

Looks like an S&J SLC-2 but can't be sure. In any case its probably worth around 50$ BNIB so...

their comps work well. I have a tactical comp on my 5.56 and a linear comp on my 7.62x39. I bought both for around $50!
