Help identifying a few MG and misc. parts

Hoping the gathering of minds on here can help figure out what a few parts are. Specifically, the trigger and very thin lower receiver? in the first image, marked SAFE - SEMI - FULL on both sides and in the possession of an appropriately licenced organization. And the big hunk of metal (feed tray?) in the second and third images, as well as the (American?) sight assembly. Thanks in advance!

First photo - I think the upper piece is a US carbine recoil spring guide, the second is the "teeter-totter" from a M-2 carbine.

I *think* the part on the left in the second photo is the feed machanism for a Turkish Maxim. Part 13 in this diagram:

Can you show the other side?

Look at the second pic in this ad, it's a Russian maxim part, but should be nearly identical, if you flip your part over.

I think you are right on the money, Claven. I'll confirm tomorrow night as I foolishly did not take a photo of the other side. Got a Maxim sitting around that needs a spare feed block by any chance?

Claven is right on: it's a Maxim feed-block with (likely) Turkish markings.

There was a LOT of interchangeability with Maxims, owing to the fact that most of them were made (in different places) from one set of drawings and specs.

It pays to have the camera battery charged before you go to take pictures as I've discovered. Oh well, it seems we have solved the mystery of the Maxim feed block pretty definitively.

Sadly no! Closest we've got is a rusted out MG08/15 that would need quite a lot of care before it's back to life.

According to the Journalist's Guide to Firearms Identification, it's a Glock. Or an AK-47. Or both. Probably both.

Lower receiver is off a Smith and Wesson M76 SMG. http://world.guns.ru/smg/usa/smith-wesson-m76-e.html No idea what purpose the screw like fitting protruding from the bottom is there for.

Good one Gaff. It looks like that arm extending rearward from the trigger also should be swung forward, but thats all just a hunch after flipping back and forth from the OP pics and a M76 pic. I would not go so far as to call that part a "lower receiver", maybe more like a receiver part or even a trigger mech housing. Back to you OP, can you drop trigger axis pin in to connect the puzzle pieces??

Very good call!! Must agree with XRCD011 not sure if you could call that a lower. (much like the bottom of a STEN isn't a lower)
