Hi all, looking at a bolt rifle with 2 triggers, marked 6.5mm. Looks like it could be sporterized mil surp. The trigger housing has the letter should stamped on it and the metal extends for ward to what looks like a mag well, but I only pics so it may not be a mag well. That's exactly it. Nice one. What caliber? I've seen different 6.5 mm ? Any value to the rifle? Are they good and accurate?
If it is a Eaton Carcano the barrel will be threaded into a barrel stub and secured underneath with a set screw. It will be chambered in 6.5x54 MS a calibre that was more common than the original 6.5x52 Carcano at the time they were done. As to value, if it is in not to bad of shape you could maybe get $200.00 for it
