Help identifying a shotgun

so i was just given a double barrel side by side 12 guage from my uncle... it was his brothers who passed away. its a pretty nice looking shotgun, except i can't figure out the make so hoping someone on here can help me. 28" or so barrels. the left one is a diameter of .690" (full choke i believe) and the right is a .701" (improved modified i believe)
has double triggers and says on the side "the triangle gun" but i can't find anything online about that as a gun maker.

wasn't my uncle, it was his brother (no relation. was my uncles brother, my uncle married my dads sister... never met the original owner and it was 20+ years ago)
