Help identifying these threaded top punches.

I picked up what appear to be threaded top punches. They are stamped with the same numbers Lyman uses (eg 421, 402, etc).and have the same profiles, but are on a threaded bolt with a knurled top. The 35 (ish) caliber ones use what looks like a 5/16" thread, and the 44 cal ones, a 3/8" thread. The bolts are about 1.75 - 2" long.

Anybody know what machine these fit?

Thks, that would make sense... my experiences are only with Redding and Dillon, didn't know they made different inserts for different bullets on other seating dies
