HELP!! Identity crisis!!

WhAT the H&*LL??!!
I have been know as one that who likes single shots, but shoots bolt action Savage 110's and C.I.L 950T's for match rifle shooting.
Soo, I looked around tonight after a buddy carted away a nice ( under 500 round count ) BT112 from my place
and it hit me - I ONLY OWN REMINGTONS!!
Three to be exact- a 1956 M37 22lr match rifle, a 6mmBR 700Fclass, and a
.223 M700 TR rifle that can also shoot Fclass!!
Somethin's going on here, don't know what, maybe I need an intervention fron the Savage owners group?
The 700's were built by an old friend who has since gone to quieter ranges.
They are equipped with VariX111 6.5-20X leupolds, Sinclair bolt stops, super triggers, custom stocks, Ron Smith barrels, the works.
both shoot super, but ar a tad short.
C plan to remedy that in the future...

I know what you mean, my father and I had a collection of all Remmys up until a couple years ago...well, except for a couple of Lakefield .22's (one Mark I & one Mark II). I really don't know why, but I think it might be that they're so easy to come by in my neck of the woods. We had two Remington 870 shotguns (20ga and 12ga), a Remmy 700 .223, and even a Remington 572 .22.

Well anyways, a few years back I wanted to try something new so I bought a Winchester 94AE .30-30. It was a nice gun, but I just couldn't get into the lever action...and just continued using my Remmy .223. I bought a single shot .410 last year (not sure what make...but I believe it is Czech) and I actually like it. It's not really superb manufacturing, but it knocks down partridges left and right. It also convinced me that there was a world outside of Remington guns.

SO, now that I have found the phenomenon that is CGN I have bought a Stevens 325a bolt .30-30, traded my Winny lever .30-30 for a Winchester 670 .30-06, and bought a Parker Hale Super Safari .243 all within a month! AND there are still some makes that I NEED to try! I want to try a Tikka and Browning rifle, and I want to try a Mossberg and Ithaca shotgun. Please someone stop me before I'm completely broke!!!

A quick call to Range Sports Unlimited will solve this crisis. Take a few deep breaths and repete "RPA, RPA, RPA". Or close your eyes and say "Barnard, Barnard, Barnard", several times and quickly call Ian Robertson.

I've talked to Paul quite often, and I think my son is goinf to get an RPA put together.

I just can't get over the fact that my target rifle collection has 'morphed
completly into Remingtons - for now!!
I had no less than 4 950T'sat one time, love the action, had them in .223, 308, and 300WSM , the stock was designed by Dad ( i still have two, one the prototype) they were great guns.
Now, I've got these three Remingtons, the .22 being onwend at one time by a Hall of Famer, and the two center fores being built by a very good friend who has left us.
Weird to have no Savages on my rack....

Remington, Savage, Ruger, Tikka....arrrggggg

We all have our favorites. My 2 favorite target rifles are my Savage BTVSS in 223. Second is a F class custom Mauser in 6.5 X 55. Here's pics of both and a target from the 6.5 I shot on Friday. I paid $1500.00 tax in for that 6.5 with scope. All I have done is paint it. It used to be a pukey yellow/green color from a 1970's bathroom.
