I have a few Glock 40 mags and they hold 13 rds of 9mm.
 
Your link says 10rds handgun. How is 13 ok cuz they fit.
Back doors only work for the Stupid Rich and politicians, not so for Trump?

Note: The maximum allowable capacity of a magazine does not depend on the classification of the firearm, nor does it influence the classification of the firearm. The maximum permitted capacity of a magazine is determined by:

the physical characteristics of the firearm for which it is designed or manufactured
the type of ammunition for which it is designed
 
Ignoring this part: (As a general rule, the maximum magazine capacity is:

5 cartridges for most magazines designed for a semi-automatic, centre-fire long gun
10 cartridges for most handgun magazines)
Will get you in front of a Judge for sure!
Anything you’re pointing at after you push it, is for the Lawyers to argue$$
Remember laws are written by lawyers that are looking out for themselves as well they need work.
Don’t count on the “wording” of the law to work for you.
You’ll spend a fortune. Your guns and lic will be gone.
Your life will be drastically altered.
So don’t remove any pins or break the 5/10 rule.
Ya I know the 10rd (PISTOL MAG) in a AR was a thing.
And vz58/cz858 had a mag adapter for (PISTOL MAGS) some machining req.
Just ask yourself if ya want to push it?
 
Ripped quit making up scenarios that have no basis other than in your mind. Glock magazines that are used in PCC are loaded to 10 rounds. If you have a .223 caliber semi auto rifle that uses 10 rd pistol mags you can load 10 rds in them in the rifle and it is perfectly legal. My FX9 shipped to me by FOC shipped to me with a 10 rd mag. The RCMP are not going to charge anyone for following the law. Nobody who loads his PCC with 10 rds is "pushing" anything.

My point is, Great ya can shove 13 of 9mm in there. Even if it works fine…But don’t do it.

My question is why not? Who would care? Do you really think any Police force in Canada would presumably go under cover to catch and charge someone, anyone from doing so. What would be the charge? The mag holds 10 40 cal which it is allowed under the law. I suppose it could happen but I know of not one officer who would take the time to count the number of 9MM rounds you shot out of the 40 cal magazine. If you have not modified the mag I know of no law that says you cannot load more rounds of a different caliber in a mag. Qote me any part of the current firearm legislation that sstates you cannot load more than 10 rounds of a different caliber in 40 cal mags please.

See the above and answer "Who cares". Do you think the courts are going to lay off folks because they don't have enough cases to keep them busy?

ps I have tried it and none of my 40 cal mags will do much more than spit the rounds out at the worst possible time which is when I go to shove the mag in the gun.

pps the most obvious defense would be I just loaded the mag up and presumed I put 10 rounds in the mag.
That would take place in court about the time I won the Loto Max two times in a row.

im using higher cheek riser from the beginning. its perfect for me
