Help inletting a stock

I'm looking for some help. So who in the lower mainland has knowledge and equipment of inletting a stock for a BDM that what's to help out a fellow CGN'er?? I would like to also bed the rifle as well. Having never done this before it would be awesome if someone could show me the ropes.
