Help installing new sights on Glock

I just recently picked up a set of Ameriglo Hackthorn sights for my Gen 19. Do I have to use the official Glock sight removal tool to remove the original Glock sights then use the same device to install my new sights? I've read up on the punch and hammer method and don't know about this method just yet.

Any suggestions?

You don't need a sight pusher tool, if that's what you're asking. You don't necessarily need the OEM front sight tool either, but most sockets will be too thick to fit in there, so you will need something that fits in there to affix the (front sight) nut.

My best advice is to watch Dave Dawson's video, and to just do what he says.
