Help me build a 9mm AR

Looks like there is now only one option for a new glock 9mm lower, lone wolf.

The other option DDLES double diamond law enforcement supply is out of business, along with its manufacturing company sention industries. It appears many customers waiting for product got ripped off too.

Lone Wolf was the only option for me. It's a proven model and comes from a well known manufacturer.

They have a newer model out now... The mag release is setup a little different and it's more aesthetically pleasing IMO. Find someone that can order you one and don't look back.

I found the NEA post you guys were referencing, seems alot of people are waiting for a glock mag option.

I have looked closely at the jr carbine, cx4, sub 2000, Thureon defence and a couple others.

Non-restricted versions give me more shooting options which is a plus.

The jr carbine has the look but seems to be awkward to take apart and lower quality compared to ar versions.
Cx4 is well thought out, reliable, but ugly! If the two moulded sights were gone and just the rail was on top I would be more interested.
Sub 2000, has as many good reviews as bad, not sure what to think of that one.
The Thureon defence looks pretty good, some comments about firing pin failures that have been addressed. Didn't know it had last round bolt hold open.

I like the reliability of the ar, the looks, many custom parts, price is more... Is it worth it? Not sure yet.

The JR is a bit pissy to take apart, but not really that bad...there are LOTS of guns much more difficult to dismantle than this one is.
The JR in 9mm is an excellent weapon. I put over 600 rds through mine this weekend...a real mix; home-brew, Remington,American Eagle, UMC,
and did not have a single FTF or FTE. It eats whatever I feed it, and shoots very well. It does share a large volume of parts with the AR, and has much the same
"feel" of an AR.
I had a Keltec; fun little gun, being able to fold it in half is cool & all but it's got a lot of polymer parts; it always felt a bit "toy-like" to me. The JR never has; it's a rifle, no question
