Hey,

I recently purchased a Rossi 92, the 20" model in .44.

Anyways, I have been out shooting it once and really enjoy the gun, except for the fact that it shoots VERY high, to the point that I said screw it and called it a day.I was hoping some of the more experienced people could point me towards something better, so that I can hit my target..

I don't have a lot of disposable income currently, it took me long enough to put enough aside for the gun so this issue was not planned for.I am all ears when it comes to hearing about something affordable to get me on the paper next time!

Thanks for your help.

I just bought a Skinner barrel mount sight[ghost ring style] as well as a .5 front post from Skinner for my 16" Rossi. I had very good success my first time out with the new site I was on the bulls eye about 1/2" left with my first shot at 26 yards and on paper with my 3rd and 4th shots at 100 yards. At first I had replaced the factory sight with a Marbles adjustable folding buck horn but it still shot high. There is a pile of info on sights for Rossi on this site under the Ranch Hands thread I think.
