I love my HP 14 incher. Im not touching it, no mods or aftermarket parts. I just load it up with cheapo Walmart ammo and blast the hell out of plywood at the range. Its a blast and everyone who shoots it loves it. Buy it, dont change a thing and shoot the hell out of it. Its a tank that I think will last a long time. Resale value? Personally I dont care I never sell my guns.
 
So what do the rest of you guys with the Norinco HP9-1 think of it?
What have you guys done to her so far, and planning on?
 
I am going to refinish and smooth out mine. Not necessary, but I want to. :D I am going to go for a bead blasted matte blue finish. I am going to put a Knoxx stock on it, hopefully by summer. (Thanks Questar! ;) )
 
Update!
I just purchased my brand spanking new HP9-1!
Can't wait until she arrives.
She'll be sporting a Hogue overmold stock set and 6 shot sidesaddle.
All I need to do now is get a Wilson +1 extension and KG coat it in OD.
