Help me decide on Type 81 rifle

When it comes to Type 81, what version should I buy?

Folder looks less appealing and less comfortable.
As for this portability and transport claim, a folder isn't going to make it any easier to pull out of the back of my SUV. Which is the extent of this rifles transport for my needs.
Afterall, I'm not going to be performing military drills or traversing the Canadian shield with this thing on my back

i'd take the two, depending the reliability of the folding mounts....the folding is nice, but i'd rather get the fixed stock ; we're only allowed to transport to the range, so that means the rifle travels in his case , no ''''need ''' for the folding one apart of the tacticool factor . the look and balance (in theoery loll ) is what drives me toward the fixed stock.

You are allowed to transport it where you see fit as long as youre within legal transport regulations, it's nonres. Range, crown land, private property, where ever you want that's legal.

I'd go fixed stock, folder looks good but changing out butt stock might not be do-able should you decide to latter on. my .02 cents

On the other hand, these are blaster guns plain and simple not tack drivers.
So firing a folded stock from the ribcage while it's in the folded position should be mega fun and super kewl....

Uh... you can take that rifle anywhere you want. It's NR.

Well I finally committed to the preorder deposit. Stuck with the folder. Not really interested in looks so more metal the merrier lol, plus I would baby wood more and this is a rifle I want to abuse. Also noticed most of the 81's variants like the BD08 and the Kachin K010's are mostly pictured with folders, so the design must be soldier proof so to speak. Would enjoy owning a fixed to though.
