Help me figure this out...

So I've reached the point where I'm ready to start reloading. My intention is to reload mostly for plinking at the range with a range of firearms. Including, but not limited to:

9MM
40 S&W
45ACP
500 S&W
7.62x54
7.62x39

Since I'm looking at essentially mass reloading for those caliber's and potentially a few more in the future a progressive press seems logical (I'm also lazy and don't want to have to switch dies all the time), which I've picked one out assuming I can ever find it for sale in Canada.

However I'd also like to be able to potentially make up some hunting rounds as well in:

300 Win Mag
30-06 Springfield
308 Win
270 Win

Since I'd just be looking at hunting rounds that need to shoot minute of Whitetail at the best, and minute of moose at the worst, I'm not sure that a single stage press would be needed (I won't be shooting F-class anytime in the near future). Does anyone do their hunting loads on a progressive press? Or does everyone use a single stage press? And more importantly, will a Hornady LnL AP load my .300 Win Mag?

And before anyone mentions that B.S.S. has the press I'm looking for, no they do not, i don't want the $1400 LnL press with the collator's right now as it's not in the budget. I can add them later.
 
Due to budget, I reload everything on a single stage. Last year about 500 9mm and 600 30-06. This year I will be adding 1000 to 1500 .45 ACP and about 600 of .223 in addition to the above counts, and all will be done on a single stage.

Yup! Exactly the same story. Critical advantage of the Dillon 550 is the quik change tool heads vs the 650 or 1050. Of interest is there's no need to change shell plates as many rifle cases are in the same "family". I must admit however I do not use the Dillon powder dump for rifle loading but under dump/weigh/trickle to top up, each powder charge as a separate operation. Oops I lied - except for "match" loads - the "regular" .223 just gets pounded out like 9mm on the "full progressive" mode. IN my IPSC days - pounded out up to 60,000 rounds of 38 Super a year - plus .45 and 9mm - never a breakage or a problem!!! GO DILLON
 
I use a dillon 550 for routine pistol ammo and few medium high volume rifle calibers.

But most of my rifle (hunting stuff) is made on a single stage. Size a pile of brass.. prime a pile of brass. Mouth champfer a pile of brass. Throw powder charges in a pile of brass. Inspect said brass for uniform powder levels (non missed?) Seat bullets in a pile of brass. A single stage is quite efficient.
