Help me find a Aimpoint solution...

Got the Aimpoint Pro on my flat top Colt.
I can't stand the Nob on the QRP2 mount when the gun is slinged (slung?) to me.
Can I replace that nob with a standard bolt or do I have to buy another mounting system ?

Any ideas ?

You have a few options.

You could unscrew the base and rotate it 180 degrees, so that it sticks out the other side.

You could replace the ratchet knob with a bolt, but it is designed to allow you to torque the retaining bolt to the amount required to retain zero (or close enough to zero) when removing, and replacing it.

You could replace the the whole mount with something like the ADM mount in the preferred height.
