Hi there.

I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. I am looking for a barrel with these specs.

-18.6" long

-.223 wylde or .223 rem or 5.56

-1:7 or 1:8 twist

-Mid lenght gas system

-weight around 725g

-pencil or normal contour. No Heavy

-threaded 1/2x28

I’d go with an IBI or ATRS has access to Rock creek barrels ,which , I think are rifle cut and from what I’ve read ,are better than butten cut.
If you looking for light weight with the benifits of an heavy barrel , then Carbon fibre wrapped is the answer.

Rock Creek does both button and cut rifled barrels. Best to check out which one it is that ATRS has.

I have a Seekins Precision 224 Valkyrie barrel that's made from a Rock Creek button rifled barrel and it shoots pretty darn good. The RC cut rifled barrels are supposed to be even better.

Yes I’ve read that, just assumed they had both.
I’ve had a few discussions with a guy who sells AR 6mm, and he sell Hart button cut and Kreiger rifle cut.
He said the Hart barrels are excellent, but the Kreiger rifle cut are the absolute cats azz

One of the best for weight and accuracy is also proof reasurch carbon fiber. ATRS runs those barrels too. One stop shop with your receiver set.
