I'm looking to buy a 12 gauge 3" chamber single shot with a full camo stock and has ether a turkey choke or interchangeable chokes. Does anybody make theses, the closest thing I can find is a camo stocked H&R pardner turkey which I'm looking at right now but I would prefer screw in chokes If I can get them, anybody make what I want or should I Just buy a pardner and run with it?

if you don't find one, you could always find a wood or poly stock version and camo wrap it yourself.

As for single shots with removable chokes, Martin at Corwin Arms had backpacker versions with a 14", 16" and 20" barrels and came with a few chokes, but it wasn't camo. They look almost identical to the Hatsan single shots (which are also made in turkey), and i have seen them before in camo. Try sending him a message or email and see if he could special order you a camo stock version in the barrel length you want.

H&R made a 28" 3 1/2" chambered barrel with removable chokes... and you can get camo stock sets for the pardner... but should you decide to light up a 3.5" 2 1/4 oz. turkey load in that 5 1/2 pound gun, you better be biting down on a leather strap... for the sake of your fillings...

If you are going with such a light break action 3.5" gun, you will get kicked HARD! Maybe a recoil reducing device like a Gracoil? That being said, many people don't find recoil too bad. Plus, awesome goose stalking gun!!! If it gets the Goose, you can take the recoil!

Remington versamax sportsman turkey edition? I've never hunted turkey with it, but it seems to tick all your boxes, and then some.

I take most of my turkeys with a bow. I know how to call thanks.
I also enjoy shooting something different then everybody else.
Hnr makes a nice single 10 ga in camo perfect for turkey

the new latest greatest is the .1015 weatherby sa 459 ..not sure if thy are for sale here yet but from what I hear thy are great ,,Dutch

I built one years ago from a Cooey single shot. With 3" turkey loads it sometimes kicked so violently the forearm would pull off in my hand and the gun would fall into three pieces. It was like getting punched in the face.
