I'm not the biggest authority but I have 2 of these and have had for years.

Cheaper action not 64 or 54, but has functioned fine for 40+ years. Shoots great. I am a big fan of the 125 !

I have seen the sell regularly for $200-$300...one right now at local shop for $250 with a 10 shot mag.

Only complaint is it is short in the stock. (kinda kid size)

my 2c

The CIL 125 was a budget level rifle built on the Anschutz Flobert II action, the one below the 64 action like Canpuna says, and the equivalent of an Anschutz 1400.
