help me identify this .22

"If"...If my grandmother wasn't dead, she would be alive.
-Mitchell stamped rifles cited/listed in law are not the same gun as the SB/Ruko/armscor/Mitchell a3 posted by OP. Apples and Oranges. One made in...Italy(?), the other the Philippines
-The SB/Ruko/Armscor '16 are non-restricted. The AK dressed one is prohib, and they are the same gun.

Don't try applying logic to the classifications as logic wasn't used making them, and certainly don't go trying to make "the list" longer.

Edit/add on...I'd never heard of a Mitchell a3 until I followed that link. Are there even any in Canada? It does seem to be of the SB family

Those are very good points you make, and I think you are probably right so I am probably beating a dead horse here and I definitely do not want to make the list longer than it was intended.

I know you said logic cannot be applied, but I can't help but think that:

IF a Mitchell M16A1/22 is an M16 variant AND a Mitchell M16A3/22 is not an M16 variant = TRUE

THEN

A Colt AR15A3 is not an M16 variant because only the Colt AR15 and Colt AR15A2 are listed as M16 variants.

This would imply that the 'list' is already being read in a way that is way longer than it was intended to be when it was written.
